Berry Blast
Ingridients:
1 cup mixed berries
(strawberries, blueberries,
raspberries)
1 banana
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Ice cubes
Nutrients:
Berries: Rich in antioxidants, vitamins (such as vitamin C), and fiber.
